Demolition and site work for a civil project in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.

This project will remove the existing ramp system, stairs, and bridges to the UTK Boathouse. The streambank will be rehabilitated as needed, and the area will be dredged to return the creek and river to a depth that will accommodate boat traffic. Remove: Wall and floors assemblies required to implement scope of work. Remove and Salvage: Mechanical controls and equipment designated by Owner at pre-bid meeting walk-through or as indicated on the design drawings. Remove and Reinstall: Building systems and equipment required to implement design intent. Bidders shall be licensed and qualified per state law.
