Gregg County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal procedure, schedule or proposals when such actions are deemed in the best interest of the County. Payment will be made after items or services have been received in accordance with award. Respondents must bid unit costs, but may offer lump sum discounts.
