It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to provide Fire Suppression Services including annual sprinkler, hood system, alarm system, and fire extinguisher service & inspections in order to maintain full fire code compliance for City of Longview facilities. The contract(s) resulting from this invitation to bid will also require recharging of fire extinguishers and bi-annual preventative maintenance for both the sprinkler and hood systems. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
