The initial term of this contract is for five years commencing upon the date that the contract is fully executed. The contract has two (2) five-year mutual optional renewals. Automatic renewals are not permitted. License Agreement and any necessary instruments must be in place during the contract period. Amacker 777 Lynn Street, Herndon, Virginia 20170 or gerald.amacker@herndon-va.gov Revisions to the solicitation are made only by addendum issued by the Purchasing Office. Period of Contract: Commencing upon the execution of the contract for five years with two (2) five-year renewal options. The Purchasing Agent reserves the right to award a contract by individual items, in the aggregate, or in combination thereof, or to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals received whenever such rejection or waiver is in the best interest of the Town. An Evaluation Committee has been established to review and evaluate all proposals submitted in response to this Request for Proposal.
