It is the intent of the City of Rochester to establish a percentage off contract for the purchase of assorted UPSTATE SYSTEMS PARTS AND ACCESSORIES for the City of Rochester, Department of Environmental Services. The City requests an hourly rate to do mechanical repairs primarily but not limited to UPSTATE SYSTEM equipment. The primary user of this contract will be the Building Services Division. No other departments or division may utilize the contract without the authorization of the Building Services Division. This contract includes incentives for utilizing qualified city residents as employees of the contractor and/or any subcontractors (See Section 2 of the Invitation to Bid). Bidders should carefully review the Insurance Requirements of Section 15 of the Invitation to Bid, and must certify on the Proposal that they have the insurance specified. Award Requirements - All or None Award - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: May be extended for up to three (3) years in increments of one (1) year or less. This Invitation to Bid includes the Terms and Conditions specified herein, the Proposal, the attached General Terms and Conditions and Instructions to Bidders, and any addenda and other documents and/or specifications incorporated by reference herein.
