IndyGo is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors for The Red Line HMA & PCCP Maintenance project includes asphalt pavement patching, concrete bus pad replacement at Red Line stations, and installation of rub rail on the bus station platforms. The project limits are along the Red Line route from University of Indianapolis to 66th & College Avenue. IPTC is seeking bids from qualified contractors for HMA full depth patching work within the Capitol Avenue, College Avenue, and Meridian Street corridors of the Red Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Line. Concrete bus pads along the Red Line station platforms will be removed and replaced, and rub rail will be installed at each Red Line station Questions Due February 24, 2022 BY 3pm Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount in the form and manner required in the Instructions to Bidders and Specification Section 004313 Bid Security. Bidder may not revoke or cancel his bid or withdraw from the competition for a period of (60) sixty calendar days after the opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. In the event a Contract is awarded to Bidder, it will, within five (5) consecutive calendar days after the notice of award is submitted (or such other time as indicated in the Notice of Award) enter into a written contract and in the form included in Section 005201 with Owner in accordance with the accepted bid, and give to Owner a Contract Performance and Labor and Materials Payment Bond with good and sufficient sureties satisfactory to Owner in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Work ordered. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time.
