Site work for a water / sewer project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
There will be a Pre-proposal conference, specific details regarding the event will be outlined in the solicitation. Bidders must be registered on the City/County's E-Bid site in order to respond to the above Bid. To register go to: lincoln.ne.gov (type: e-bid - in search box, then click "Supplier Registration"). Questions concerning this bid process may be directed to City/County Purchasing at (402) 441-8103 or purchasing@lincoln.ne.gov. Task 1 completion shall provide for a recommendation on water supply source identification, location, preferred method of governance, and preferred method of procurement. Task 1 shall be completed by January 31, 2023, unless otherwise stated in the resulting contract agreement. Task 2 completion shall provide either a validation of the preferred alternative or selection and validation of another alternative whereby there is high probability that the alternative offers the best plan forward to begin preliminary design and property and easement acquisition (Phase 2 Project). Task 2 completion shall be completed within two (2) years following completion of Task 1, or approximately in 2025.
