Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Item 1- HMA Milling 44,200 SQ YD Item 2- Bituminous Materials (Tack Coat) 72,900 POUNDS Item 3- HMA Surface Course- Mix D, N50 & Tack Coat 8,650 TON Item 4- Traffic Signal Detector Loops 2,000 FOOT Item 5- Structures to be Adjusted 50 EACH Item 6- HMA Patching 4,970 SQ YD Item 7- Pavement Markings Thermoplastic 20,000 FOOT Attention is called to the fact that not less than minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project, and that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The Village of Bradley reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by The Village of Bradley for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
