As part of its Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) management strategy, the City of Hamilton is implementing a tree and stump removal program for identified ash trees located on City property. Ash trees growing in City-owned road allowances, parks, cemeteries, and other open spaces shall be identified for removal. The Successful Bidders shall provide at a minimum one crew working five (5) Business Days a week with the option to bring on additional crews. The Successful Bidders will communicate with the Project Manager if inclement weather does not permit Work to be done in a safe manner. Successful Bidders will provide at no additional cost to the City all equipment necessary to complete tree and stump removals and site remediation.
