Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mendon, New York. Working plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; swimming pool; and swimming pool.
**As of April 19, 2022, bids were rejected. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** Refunds for payment of one (1) copy of the Plans and Specifications will be made to those submitting Bids on the forms furnished, if returned in good condition to the Town Clerk within thirty (30) days from the award of the contract. The successful bidder(s) must self-perform at a minimum 50% of the contracted work. The project consists principally of the installation of a Splash Park, pavilion with bathrooms and all piping and other appurtenances. The contract breakdown are as follows: Contract 3 - Electrical Contract: All electrical work including piping, wiring, and lighting.
