The purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders who are licensed HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) contractors to establish a time and materials contract for heating and air conditioning services, preventive maintenance services and HVAC equipment (if requested) for the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority (VA ABC) an authority of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The area where work will be required is shown in Section 6, Pricing Schedule. We currently have in Area 8, 5 stores and 1 regional office that need quarterly preventive maintenance and 17 stores that may require service calls. These numbers could change without notice at any time. These goods/services are for the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority, located at 7450 Freight Way, Mechanicsville, VA 23116.
