The successful bidder shall provide all skilled labor, material, and equipment for the turnkey sales and installation of Three Emergency Generators: Sales, Install, Parts, Equipment, Slab, Warranty, Maintenance, and related equipment that will successfully provide power for continued operation for the entire building in the event of a power failure. 1. Clear, Form and Pour 4 inch Concrete Slab in proportion with Generator Size. 2. Purchase and install: a. 30 KW, 1 Phase onto new slab @ 235 Old Jesup Road, Brunswick, GA b. 60 KW, 3 Phase onto new slab @ 4139 Norwich Street, Brunswick, GA c. 60 KW, 3 Phase onto new slab @ 4145 Norwich Street, Brunswick, GA 3. Natural gas fuel tanks for each unit shall be a minimum of 96-hour operation or greater capacity calculated at full load. 4. Purchase and install three (3) facility 240 Voltage Single Phase Automatic Transfer Switch. 5. Install/Connect electrical supply line. 6. Complete testing under load to ensure the Generators are working properly. 7. Fuel tanks shall be installed in accordance with EPA, state and county environmental/building guidelines. 8. Project must be completed as of July 1, 2022, or the County will charge $300 per a day. 9. Five year warranty and maintenance plan must be included. 10.
