Demolition and site work for a transportation facility in Thousand Palms, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Provide Building and Modular Trailer Demolition under a public works agreement Written bids are requested which will be firm and irrevocable for a minimum of 120 days, or until such time as SunLine has signed an agreement with the successful Bidder. The bid of the successful Bidder will be binding upon SunLine's acceptance of that bid. The bid should include all prices and information needed to understand and evaluate the bid, as well as any exception from SunLine specifications. Copies of SunLine's specifications for this work and standard terms & conditions are included with the IFB and will become part of any public works agreement resulting from the solicitation. A California State Contractors License with the following Classification: C-21 - Building Moving/Demolition Contractor is required to bid this project. The agreement to be entered into pursuant to this IFB may be subject to a financial assistance contract between SunLine and the United States Department of Transportation. If this project is subject to Federal, State, or local financial assistance, and for any reason the financial assistance is withdrawn, then and in such event SunLine may withdraw this IFB and/or terminate any agreement entered into in accordance with this IFB.
