A detailed scope of work will be developed after selection of the most qualified firm. The firm selected on the basis of this RFQ process will meet with City of Sacramento staff to identify the specific tasks and schedule to be included in the scope of services and cost estimate for the following subject areas. 1. Water Quality Monitoring (Monitoring for FY2022/23, FY2023/24, FY2024/25) 2. Permit compliance reporting for FY2022/23, FY2023/24, FY2024/25 3. Report of Waste Discharge (ROWD) Support 4. Water Quality Assessment (WQA) Final Report 5. Analysis of Combined Sewer System Performance. 6. Delta Methylmercury TMDL Support 7. Delta and other Regulatory Expertise The Permit provides additional supporting information for the work that may be needed for Item 1, Water Quality Monitoring. The selected firm may be asked to provide technical expertise in reviewing existing documentation, policies, and procedures and making recommendations for the revisions needed to meet regulatory requirements. The project requires at least 5.0 percent participation by Local Business Enterprises (LBE) firms.
