For Removal and Replacement of Rolling Gates and Gate Operator Services As required by Executive Order S-02-06, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is committed to meeting the States 25 percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal. Certified SBs, Micro Businesses (MB), SBs for the purpose of Public Works (SB-PW), and contractors willing to commit to subcontracting a minimum of twenty-five percent (25%) of their net bid price to certified SBs, MBs (if applicable), or SB-PWs, are encouraged to submit bids.
