The Town of Kingston Springs, Tennessee is now accepting SEALED BIDS for a one-year contract All bid specifications must be met. Proof of insurance and workman’s compensation (if applicable) will be required by contract. Any appropriate licensing and references required. Contractor must provide all equipment. The Town of Kingston Springs is seeking a vendor to perform mowing at the town's Wastewater Treatment Plant. Mowing season is approximately April through November. Mowing to include: Approximately one-half acre of area at the Kingston Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant. "Per mowing" price should include the approximate grass areas shown in yellow on the attached map as well as include expense of keeping fenced area on the property free of weeds. Fences to be trimmed with a weed-eater as preferred method. If chemicals are used, contractor must show proof of certification. As mentioned, mowing season is approximately April through November. Mowing frequency is as needed but not to exceed once per every seven (7) days unless otherwise instructed by the Town.
