The Town of Kingston Springs is seeking proposals to complete debris removal and property clean-up. Scope of Work The Town of Kingston Springs is seeking the service of debris removal and property clean-up of a residential location that includes but is not limited to: o General cleanup of trash and debris to be removal from approximately one-acre of property. o Towing of six to eight vehicles for offsite storage. o Dismantling and removal of eight storage buildings as well as removal of contents. o Removal of scrap metal (vehicle parts, pipe, fencing, etc.). Selection Criteria The Town's staff will review all submitted proposals and selection of a recommended applicant will be based on the following factors: o The applicant's experience in similar projects; o The proposed schedule including the time to completion; o Quality of previous work; and o The fee proposal. The selection criteria are intended to allow the Town to select the applicant that submits the best overall proposal, not just the lowest cost proposal. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for this work.
