Demolition and site work for a residential development in Kingston Springs, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The Town of Kingston Springs purchased property located at 431 Park Street; Kingston Springs, TN 37082. The property included a vacant structure (house) which has been deemed surplus and is not useful to the town. As such the Town wishes to accept proposals for the removal of the structure to either be moved to another location or torn down and disposed of accordingly. Scope of Work The proposed valuation shall consist of removal of structure, former residential home, from the property. RFP Submittal Requirements Submittals in response to this RFP shall include the following: 1. Summary of experience in similar projects, including reference contact information; 2. Discussion of the proposed methodology to be employed in the structure removal; 3. Proposed schedule and timeline for removal; 4. Any fees associated with removal and proposed payment terms. Selection Criteria City staff will review all submitted proposals and may choose to invite one or more firms for an interview to further discuss their proposal. Selection of a recommended firm will be based on three factors: 1. Experience in similar projects; 2. The proposed methodology and valuation schedule; and 3. The fee proposal. The selection criteria are intended to allow the Town to select the firm that submits the best overall proposal, not just the lowest cost proposal. Services will be authorized on, or around Wednesday, August 17, 2022. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
