The successful Bidder is allowed one hundred eighty (180) days calendar days to complete the Project from the date stated in the Contract. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $1,000 for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not substantially complete and $1,000 for each consecutive calendar day for which all of the work listed on the punch list is not complete.
