Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lutcher, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond acceptable to the Owner, in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and payable without conditions to the Owner as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will promptly execute a Contract in accordance with his proposal and all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall hold a Louisiana Contractor's license in Municipal and Public Works Construction and/or Building Construction Classification. The Work of this Contract comprises the purchase and installation of a septage receiving station, construction of an approximately 800 SF restroom/office building, miscellaneous mechanical, plumbing and electrical work to serve the receiving station and building, and approximately 950 SF of concrete paving work at the Town of Lutcher oxidation pond, and all other incidental work as detailed on the Plans and stated in the Specifications
