The City of Burlington requires an Arboriculture Contractor to perform tree pruning on "City" trees. These are trees located within the City road allowance and "Shared" trees that are located principally on the property boundary with the City road allowance and private property. Approximately 6431 trees (6286 City of Burlington Trees & 143 Region of Halton Trees) are to be pruned as defined and indicated within Appendix A: "2022 Street Tree Pruning Area". Bidder's must either posses current Burlington Hydro Inc. (BHI) Hold Off Authorization OR be capable of obtaining BHI Authorization prior to contract start as evidenced by the mandatory documentation required in their submissions to this Tender.
