Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Empire, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Description of Work: All necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials for: abandonment of the existing well, installation of a new alluvial well, expansion of the existing well house, installation of an iron and manganese treatment system, and connection to the sanitary sewer for the Well Improvements, and decommissioning of the existing cartridge filters, and UV disinfection system, installation of membrane filtration with Clean-in-Place (CIP) system, installation of waste tanks at the existing WTP site, and connection to the sanitary sewer for the WTP Improvements. Project includes installation of all required electrical conduit and wiring, panels, and control devices and related site work. Bids shall be clearly marked Well and WTP Improvements Project . Any bid received after the above stated time will be returned to the Bidder unopened. Under no circumstance will any bid be accepted by fax or email. There will be no exceptions made for any late, lost by the post office or express carrier, or misdirected submittals. All questions concerning the project shall be submitted in writing via email to Robert Anderson. The last date for questions is 4:00 p.m. March 24, 2022. Any addendum information will be issued via email by close of business on Mach 29, 2022. No Bid will be received unless accompanied by a cashier s, certified or bank check or a Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the maximum Bid, payable to the OWNER as a guarantee that after a Bid is accepted, Bidder will execute and file the Agreement and 100% Performance and Payment Bonds within ten days after the Notice of Award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for opening Bids.
