The Navajo Division of Transportation (herein referred to as the Navajo DOT) is requesting proposals from construction firms to provide blading, shaping, culvert installs, and placing gravel on 3.50 Mile of Earthen Road on N1012, To'nanees'dizi, AZ.
This project is located in To'Nanees'Dizi, Arizona. The length of Route #N1012 is 3.50 mile.Selected Firm shall prepare a regular progress reports with each invoice submitted; perform regular budget and schedule monitoring; coordinate with utilities, NDOT representatives and other project stakeholders; and manage sub-contractors.Selected Firm shall prepare a Project Schedule and Strictly Adhere to the Completion Date and Timelines. Proposal shall contain the following: a. Cover Letter; clearly stating who the firm is. Does not count towards 20 page limit. b. Proposal, 20 Page Limit (can be double sided) Introduction, Overall Road Construction Experience, Culvert Installation Experience, Heavy Earth Moving Experience on the Navajo Nation, Experience on Transportation Projects, Team Members, Firm's Qualifications, Plan of Approach, Heavy Equipment to be used. c. Resumes of Key Personnel, Commercial Liability Insurance, Capability of Obtaining Performance Bonding, Navajo Nation Business Regulatory Certification, State Contractor License Does will not count towards 20-page requirement. The Navajo Division of Transportation is planning improvements to To'Nanees'Dizi N1012 located in To'Nanees'Dizi, Arizona. Currently, the To'Nanees'Dizi N1012 is an earthen road that is routinely maintained by the Navajo Division of Transportation.
