Reference number : 1573053 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-07 Submission sent electronically accepted: No REPAIR OF RANG SAINT-FLAVIEN - AQUEDUCT AND ROADS PROJECT P21-1235-00 The Municipality of Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel is requesting tenders for the repair of rang Saint-Flavien, all as detailed in the specifications and plans prepared for this purpose. The work includes, but is not limited to, the repair of road infrastructure over approximately 1,270 linear meters as well as the replacement of the aqueduct. Any tender to be valid, must be accompanied by a tender guarantee, either in the form of a certified check or a guarantee valid for the entire period during which the tender must remain in force, in an amount equivalent to ten percent (10% ) the amount of the tender as described in the notice to tenderers. Tenderers agree to carry out the work according to the specific conditions and needs of the Municipality of Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel. The Municipality of Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any costs or obligations of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
