Renovation of a water / sewer project in Pavilion, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Construction, installation, and setting-to-work of an external stand-alone gravity-flow ultra-violet (UV) disinfection system to treat effluent discharge from the Town of Pavilion wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) to meet specified standards. The UV installation will include all equipment, civil works, site piping, electrical services, controls, testing and commissioning, fabrication and accessory equipment necessary to provide a fully-functioning system. Project includes installation of a pump station, new structural concrete pad and wood pole cover construction MWBE goal for the project is 30%. Question Deadline 07/24/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. MRB Group Contact: Mark Bailey (mark.bailey@mrbgroup.com) 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Engineer's Opinion of Probable Cost for the job is $380,000 for the General Contract and $75,000 for the Electrical Contract Bid results - General - Spensieri Diversified LLC - $560,000.00 Electrical - Concord Electric Corp - $118,000.00
