Separate bids are invited for each discipline. Bid documents may be obtained as printed or electronic copies with specified deposits or payments. All bids must be sealed and submitted to the specified address prior to the bid opening time. A bid bond or certified check amounting to 5% of the base bid must accompany proposals.
