The project involves site construction, general construction, roofing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and theatrical work for a capital improvement project at Pavilion Central School District, located at 7014 Big Tree Road, Pavilion, New York. Separate bids are invited for each discipline. Bid documents may be obtained as printed or electronic copies with specified deposits or payments. All bids must be sealed and submitted to the specified address prior to the bid opening time. A bid bond or certified check amounting to 5% of the base bid must accompany proposals. Successful bidders must provide a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond, each for 100% of the contract sum. Bidders must adhere to bonding and insurance requirements, submit financial and legal background information, and furnish documentation regarding similar completed projects.
