Scope Includes Installation Total of (5) 24" X 36" Quazite Pull Boxes With a Traffic Rated Tier 22 Lid. See Drawings for Locations of Pull Boxes. Install (1) New Pull Box Outside the Visitor Center Building. Intersecting the Existing 2 X 1 1/4 " Telecom Conduit Leading Into the Building. Seed and Straw Any Disturbed Areas. Contractor Will Not Park Vehicles on the Grass or Side of Roads. Remove All Construction Debris and Trash When Compelte. Uk Is a Non-smoking Campus, This Includes the Arboretum Area. All Work to Be Coordinated & Communicated With Uk Its Before Starting and During the Installation. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the base bid. A 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements are contained in the Instruction to Bidders, General Conditions and Special Conditions. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
