The Clinton County Commissioners are accepting sealed bids for the application of a waterproof roof coating material for the roof at the Piper Building, 2 Piper Way, Lock Haven, PA. Scope of Work includes: Also to be submitted with your bid: Removal of all gravel and dispose off-site. Power wash entire roof area for proper adhesion of coating. Fasten down rubber with batten bar and screws and seal batten bar with EPDM overlay. Apply Aldocoat 384 polyurethane over the roof area at 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft Apply Aldocoat 395 White Silicone over the roof area at 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft. Clean up the area of all job related debris. This project requires prevailing wages if accepted bid exceeds $25,000.00. PA DOL project number 22-01242 establishes those wage rates. Submit complete description of project materials and labor. Maintenance Department will remove and reinstall walk area blocking. Work will be completed as per EPDM specs and weather conditions. Project to be completed no later than July 29, 2022 Also to be submitted with your bid: Proof of liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. Provide 10-year leak-free warranty on materials and workmanship. The Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity in the bids and in the bidding process.
