Clinton County is seeking qualified professional surveying and consultation services to assist with the preparation of design base mapping for several locations along Clinton County State Route 150, beginning at SR 0150 Segment 0180 OS 443 to SR 0150, Segment 0160, OS 591, within the Borough of Flemington and Township of Bald Eagle. The following narrative outlines the major responsibilities of the proposers. These responsibilities include the field survey and computer aided mapping of several locations along SR 150 that are not in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and an environmental resource delineation with report for the same areas. Clinton County, with the assistance of SEDA COG, has completed the Hogan Boulevard State Route 150 Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Study. The study has identified multiple architectural or natural environmental barriers that prevent all forms of non-motorized transportation to traverse the SR 150 Corridor between the Borough of Flemington and Bald Eagle Township, essentially making this stretch of roadway hazardous to pedestrians and bikers. This project is to p The Clinton County Commissioners have established a Minimum Participation Level (MPL) GOALS of five percent (5%) for Minority Business Enterprises and three percent (3%) for Women Business Enterprises participation on projects with CDBG, ESG, and/or HOME funding.
