This project is to involve roadway base repairs including the excavation and removal of existing materials and providing the HMA 19 MM Binder Course as well as the installation of a HMA Wearing Course 9.5 MM mix Level 1. All work involved shall be within the legal Right-of-way of several state routes, city streets and township streets including Castanea Township. A project location maps are provided as part of the bid specifications please see those maps for accurate locations of project works. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount often(10%)percent of the total bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the necessary bonds if the contract is awarded to him. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any part of any bid, and to waive any irregularities.
