The Clinton County Commissioners are accepting sealed bids for the Fire Alarm System Inspection and Maintenance at the Correctional Facility located at 58 Pine Mountain Road, McElhattan, PA 17748. Specifications: * This agreement will cover the Fire Alarm System Inspection and Maintenance of the facilities' Edwards Fire Safety EST3X system. * Vendor is required to complete a scheduled semi-annual preventative maintenance service call. This service call will require testing and adjustment, if necessary, of all control equipment, system field devices, and auxiliary equipment. * The service call should include all costs associated with performing the semi-annual service. The facility requires a detailed copy of the test and inspection results. * Vendor should also set the rate and time of response for emergency and non-emergency service calls. * Note: Background check clearance will be required for all workers entering the facility. All bidders are required to set up a time to visit the facility and review the equipment. Please contact Michael Kunes at the facility to set up a time at 570-769-7680 Ext. 3603. Bid proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled "Fire Alarm System". The Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity in the bids and in the bidding process.
