Renovation of an educational facility in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Commonwealth University - Lock Haven Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Mechanical and Electrical Contractors, to download bid documents for this project. Work includes but not limited to construction required which includes all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents for the mechanical and electrical utility modifications required to support the replacement of the Cooling Tower and Pumps in the Willis Health Professions Center. Duration: April 25, 2025 Contract No. CWU-46-L.2 (HVAC Construction) CWU-46-L.4 (ELECTRICAL Construction Question Deadline 09/25/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Submit Pre-Bid Questions by posting them at the Message Board Responses to RFIs will be issued within five (5) working days of receipt of the RFI from the Contractor, unless the University determines that a longer time is necessary to provide an adequate response. RFIs received after 1:00 p.m. will be considered as received the following work day.
