The Clinton County Commissioners are seeking qualified professional consultation services to assist with the preparation of an update to the 2014 Clinton County Comprehensive Plan and the 2010 Open Space and Greenways Plan. The following narrative outlines the major responsibilities of the proposers. These responsibilities include expertise in comprehensive and open space/greenways plan preparation, excellent organization and communication skills, and experience with modern methods of public survey/data collection. Clinton County has secured funding through the DCED MAP Program and DCNR C2P2 Program to update two plans. Clinton County seeks a proposal from a qualified consulting team (Prime Consultant and Subcontracted Consultants, or just a Prime) to provide professional services to assist in the update of the existing 2014 Clinton County Comprehensive Plan and the 2010 Clinton County Greenways and Open Space Plan.
