In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, the DBE Goal for this contract is set at 12.06%. This project consists of the installation of a new Self-Serve Fuel System at the WILLIAM T. PIPER MEMORIAL AIRPORT. Work included for the installation of the Fuel System consists of the following: Site Prep for a new concrete pad, placement of new concrete pad, placement of new 2,000-gallon double-walled fuel tank and Installation of necessary communication lines and necessary electrical components. Low-Profile lighted barricades will be used to delineate the work areas of the phases.
