Renovation of an educational facility in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,000-square-foot educational facility.

Prior to any contractor visiting the site for the purpose of gaining acquaintance with the site, the Contractor shall contact Supervisor of Property Services or designee by telephone (570-893-4900) EXT 2903 for notification and approval of visit. The Keystone Central School District is accepting proposals for the replacement of approximately 2000 sq ft of existing vinyl flooring with an epoxy flake system in the gymnasium at Woodward Elementary School 35 King Street, Lock Haven, PA 17745 Service is to be provided under this proposal are as follows: 1) The Keystone Central School District proposes to enter into an agreement with a contractor to provide services to replace existing vinyl flooring with an epoxy flake system. 2) The purpose of this proposal is to provide professional service to demo the existing flooring to bare concrete, then replace it with a new epoxy flake floor system. 3) Contractor is to provide all necessary labor, material and disposal. 4) Contractor is required to dispose of all waste in accordance with all laws and regulations of the Commonwealth of PA. 5) Concrete surface profile must be met so that it is suitable for application and adhesion. 6) Saw cut and use crack filler to fill all cracks so that the existing concrete floor is seamless. 7) Apply epoxy with solid vapor reduction membrane (VRM). 8) Apply flakes, color choice is FB-310 Orbit. Two separate broadcasts. 9) Apply two separate grout coats. 10) Finish with a urethane coat. 11) Contractor shall carry insurance applying to all operations by them, their agents and employees, and shall provide proof of such coverage... 12) Contractor is responsible for protection of glass, other sidewalks, pavement, and roof near the construction area. 13) Pennsylvania prevailing wages will apply.
