Renovation of a municipal facility in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade municipal facility.
The Clinton County Commissioners are accepting sealed bids for cabinetry and casework for the Judge's Bench and Jury Box in Courtroom 1 of the Clinton County Courthouse, 230 E Water St., Lock Haven, PA. Scope of Work includes: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, appliances, and materials and carry out all operations as necessary to accomplish the work according to drawings and specifications. Your finished work will be a part of our historic Courthouse for many years to come.Qualified professionals are encouraged to submit proposals. Clean up the area of all job related debris. This project requires prevailing wages.Contractor must submit certified payroll. DLI Project serial number 21-02237. Submit complete description of project materials and labor Project to begin by May 20, 2021 and shall be completed no later than August 1, 2021 Also to be submitted with your bid: Proof of liability insurance in the amount of $100,000. Provide 10-year warranty on materials and workmanship. A copy of the plans, prevailing wage rates and specifications is available on the County website, under the RFP tab at portal. Potential bidders can receive copies of these during the site visit. The Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity in the bids and in the bidding process.
