The Clinton County Housing Coalition, Inc. will receive separate sealed bids for General Construction, Mechanical Work (including HVAC), Electrical Work, and Plumbing Work (including fixtures and sprinkler system) for the Hope Mitchell House Project located at 426 Bellefonte Avenue, Lock Haven, PA 17745. The GENERAL CONSTRUCTION work generally consists of minor demolition and construction of six (6) new 1- bedroom apartments and a conference room and offices. The MECHANICAL WORK generally consists of minor demolition and installation of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. The PLUMBING WORK generally consists of all new plumbing fixtures and a sprinkler system. The ELECTRICAL WORK generally consists of all new power systems and lighting. A certified check or bank draft payable to the Clinton County Housing Coalition, Inc., U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds. The construction period for this project is 180 calendar days.
