File No. 20-33-4519 Hendry County is seeking bids from qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Bidder or Contractor, to provide construction services in connection with roadway improvements and bridge repairs for CR78 from Kirby Thompson Road to Fort Denaud Bridge Way. Bridge repairs will occur on Bridge No. 070011 over Jacks Branch on CR78. Please refer to Exhibit "A" for a location map of the roadway project limits. Please refer to Exhibit "B" for a location map of work to be performed on Bridge No. 070011 over Jacks Branch on CR78. The intent of the Contract is to provide for the construction and completion in every detail of the work including the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete same in accordance with the Procurement Documents.
