Site work, remodeling and renovation of a water / sewer project in Labelle, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Bids shall be submitted for furnishing, delivering and installing all materials, and services, including labor, for the Work, which generally involves the construction of one (1) stormwater treatment system, including the inlet and outlet water control structures and a filter marsh system complete with vegetative plantings. The Work will include reinforced concrete pipes, precast concrete end walls, concrete mitered end sections, aluminum slide gates, rip-rap stabilization, fencing, and site restoration at the project site located at 7875-Wheeler Road, LaBelle, FL 33935, as depicted on the project's drawings. Bid Bond: 10% Performance Bond: 100% Payment bond: 100% Completion Date: The Work will be substantially complete on or before (November 15th , 2023), and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before (December 15th, 2023).
