Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,696-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for the addition of a 4,400-square-foot clubhouse / community center. This New Boys and Girls Club Skilled Trade Facility will serve as a Catalyst to get more Boys and Girls interested in the Skilled Trades. This Facility will provide classroom and hands on training for kids looking to gain valuable Skilled Trades experiences and knowledge. Furnish and install all footings, grade beams, foundation walls, shear walls, crash walls, equipment pads, drive islands, upturned/downturned beams, columns, and concrete decks Furnish and install rebar dowels required for masonry walls. Furnish and install expansion joints. Furnish and install all waterproofing and insulation at foundations walls. Subcontractor shall furnish and install formed block outs/infills, install sleeves provided by others, where necessary As of February 18, 2022, a timeline for when construction is expected to start has not been confirmed, however, construction is expected to be completed by April, 2023. Project goal is 20% of total contracts values for MBE, WBE, DVB or DBE firms. Site Work: September, 2022 Completion: April, 2023
