No firm timeline has been established for the construction. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The City of Davenport, Iowa is requesting qualifications from firms to perform architecture and engineering services for development of plans and specifications for the renovation of existing tennis courts and design of a dog off leash area, as well as an obstacle style playground at Duck Creek Park. The City's intention is to enter into a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with the selected firm for A&E services. The City invites qualified firms or individuals to submit a proposal outlining their qualifications for consideration. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
