The City has determined that a discrepancy was found in the RFP that can present material issues with the RFP results. As such, the City is rejecting all proposals and will re-solicit for these services in the immediate future. The work to be done, in general, shall include furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, unless otherwise specified, to maintain and complete the project in compliance with the Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Landscape Supervisor. The project involves landscape maintenance and irrigation repairs of approximately 83 Public Utilities Department sites and are located in; San Bernardino County, City of Colton, City of Grand Terrace, City of Redlands, City of San Bernardino, County of Riverside, City of Corona, City of Jurupa Valley, City of Moreno Valley and the City of Riverside. Work shall be performed on a weekly (37 Sites), monthly (21 Sites), or quarterly basis (25 Sites), as described in Part 2 of these Special Provisions. Bid Bond $25,000.00

Q&A Deadline 03/09/2022 10:51 AM (PST) Responses to Questions Released 3/16/2022 All requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this RFP must be submitted via Q&A through the Citys Electronic Bidding System, PlanetBids Vendor Portal. No verbal communications will be considered or responded to. The final day for the receipt of questions from the Proposer shall be before 3 pm on March 9, 2022. All questions received by the due date will be logged and reviewed and if required, a response will be provided via an addendum to the RFP that will be posted on the Citys Active Bidder website. Any communications, whether written or verbal, with any City Council member, City Mayor, RPU Board member or City staff prior to award of a contract by the Board of Public Utilities, is strictly prohibited and the Proposer shall be disqualified from consideration.
