The City will receive questions until 1 pm on March 1, 2022. Questions received after this date will not be answered. Work to be performed under this contract includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materi-als necessary for the construction of a new roof on the picnic shel-ter in Aubrey Davis Park, includ-ing, but not limited to: demolition and removal of existing roof, con-struction of new wood roof, and roofing. A. single contract is to be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities.
