**As of March 21, 2022, this project has been awarded to Asphalt Preservation Company, Inc. and the awarded amount is $2,237,587.16.** The Project includes the following Work: Asphalt patching, crack seal, asphalt milling, asphalt paving, chip seal, fog seal, pavement markings, traffic control, and other related work. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder's bond in a sum equal to 5% of the full amount of the bid executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety, conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and a contract is awarded to the principal, the principal, within ten (10) days after the notice of the award, shall execute a contract in accordance with the terms of the bid and the bid bond, and any conditions of the City of Minot, as required by law. No bid may be read or considered if it does not fully comply with the bidding requirements of Section 48-01.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, and any deficient bid submitted will not be opened. The City of Minot reserves the right to hold all Bids for a period of 30 days after the date of the bid opening, to reject any or all Bids and to rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received, and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid.
