Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mountain View, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Questions regarding this bidding process must be submitted electronically. The Vendor agrees to post a Faithful Performance Bond and a Payment bond for Labor and Material, or other guarantees, in the amount of the Purchase Order upon bond forms provided by City, guarantying the performance of the terms of this Agreement. The Vendor further agrees to post a warranty bond in an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the total value of the entire work prior to the City's acceptance of the project. Deadline for Questions, Clarifications March 8, 2022 by 5:00 p.m.. Bid Award Week of Week of April 4th Notice to Proceed Week of Week of April 4th Work Commences April 11, 2022 Work Completion and Demobilization By October 14, 2022 The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any errors, discrepancies, or irregularities.
