Renovation of an educational facility in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Provide all labor and materials to replace generator for Truman Elementary School, 3850 N Farm Rd 159, Springfield, MO 65803. The contractor shall provide all associated trades and miscellaneous item required for complete functioning generator installation. The Contractor shall install new concrete pad sized adequately for generator and factory specified enclosure which shall be placed outside of current building. Generator and accessories shall be Generac model RG02224JNAX - 22kW rated at 66.6 amps - Natural Gas fueled - UL2200 listed - Digital control system including isochronous governor system and V/F voltage regulation selectable low-speed weekly exercise function - Air-cooled engine with an operation speed of 3600 RPM - Alternator configured for 120/240 VAC 3 phase 3-wire 60 Hz output - Gas fuel system with customer connection fitting external to the genset base frame - Weather protective sound attenuation aluminum enclosure with electrostatically-applied and baked powder coat finish - Factory installed critical-grade exhaust system - Engine Starting battery - 5-year comprehensive warranty The Contractor shall perform initial start-up and any calibration and/or system integration required.
