The RM of Medstead No. 497 is accepting tenders for the loading/hauling of approximately 16,000 yards of crushed gravel +/- 15% from one pit located within this RM to various roads in the municipality. Price per cubic yard per mile for hauling gravel, Price per cubic yard for loading gravel, any additional surcharges or mobilization charges, equipment listing, expected start and completion dates, Sask. WCB current letter of good standing and proof of current liability insurance. There will be no public opening. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and the Municipality reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.
