Renovation of an educational facility in Medstead, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work comprises of various improvements and renovations to the schools' mechanical systems, electrical systems, abatement of ACMs, and architectural finishes. The school will remain operational for a portion of the construction period, based on the school year. Between the dates of May 5, 2025 and August 29, 2025 there will be ongoing renovations to the school's gymnasium under a separate contract. During this period there will be other Contractors at the school but their access with be limited to the gymnasium and the corridor connecting the gym to the school. Tenders must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond and Letter of Surety payable to Living Sky School Division 202 and Bid Enclosures as specified. Digital .pdf files of documents will be available to Contractors and Sub-contractors from Sasktenders.ca The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested.
