Site work and new construction of a data center facility in Turtleford, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 9,500-square-foot, one-story above grade data center facility; and for site work for a data center facility.
Thunderchild First Nation invites requests for qualifications for Design-Build Services from qualified firms for the TCFN Awasisak Nikan Child & Family Services New Office Building Project. The purpose of this Request for Qualification ("RFQ") process is to pre-qualify experienced Design-Builders. The Work will be completed using a CCDC14 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract. TCFN desires to construct a new Awasisak Nikan Child & Family Services Office Building, that will provide counseling and training for Band members to develop culturally appropriate programs for aboriginal families. This facility will serve as a critical healing center that addresses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health of its Band members. The proposed construction of a circa. 9,500 sq. ft. building. Will be designed to meet the current growth-related needs of the community and the services within the space. The space includes a fully serviced site, developed parking infrastructure and a single-story facility with flexible workspace and client care facilities. The development of a purpose-built facility would additionally allow for the repurposing and reuse of the existing facility to meet ancillary needs within the community.
