Site work for a municipal facility in Turtleford, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The purpose of this Request for Qualification ("RFQ") process is to pre-qualify experienced Design-Builder's for the TCFN Powwow Arbour Project, using a CCDC14 Design-Build Stipulated Price Contract. TCFN desires to construct a new Powwow Arbour, with seating to comfortably accommodate up to 1,200 guests, and space to host 600 dancers with the option for future construction of an enclosed roof system. The proposed arbor will provide an updated facility that will allow TCFN to host gatherings for ceremonies such as Powwows and Round Dances. The gatherings at the Arbor will help to bring people together from the Nation, their neighboring Nations, and the international community to celebrate and strengthen culture, language and traditions. TCFN hopes to facilitate participation of youth in dance and drumming providing positive celebration.
